This means that if you choose the Emergency room painting service, we will send a room painting service team to your home within two hours of your booking with us, at an extra charge. If you choose to go with the Same Day service, a team will reach your home before 6 PM that day, provided you booked between 8 AM and 12 PM. This service is not charged extra.

What's included:
Review the condition of the room wall(s) upon arrival and confirm the scope of work and price with customer
Protect the painting area by moving the furniture/ objects and covering with protective material
Prepare the room wall(s) by sanding, hole or crack filling, repairing minor cracks and removal wallpaper, if included
Prepare the ceiling, if required to be painted
Paint the room wall(s) and ceiling, if included, with paint; and
Post painting cleanup
Notes
Actual size of the room to be less than or equal to the size of the room selected
Paint provided is of standard color and quality brand e.g. Jotun or National Paint
Scope does not include ceiling unless specifically added to the booking, at additional costs
Maximum height of the ceiling is limited to 3 m as no scaffolding costs are included
Water mold or any waterproofing treatment of the wall required before painting will be charged separately; and
Customer to assist in getting access to community and service location and electricity and water connection to be active

Fixed Price Services:
- Minimum service* charges of AED 21 per meter (m) of room perimeter
- AED 21 for additional meter (m) perimeter of the room
- *Minimum service charges are applicable for room with a perimeter of 10 m and ceiling height of 3 m. Service charges, fixed on the basis of information provided, may vary at the time of actual service due to any special condition or requirement.
Notes
- Additional charges apply for Emergency and Friday bookings, based on availability and permissions from community/ building, as confirmed by the customer. VAT charges are not included and are based on the total invoice amount.

*Prices for more than one room is the sum of the perimeter (equal to the sum of all sides) of the rooms. Any type of room in the home e.g. bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, etc. are included.
**Prices are based for standard room 3 m height ceiling, not requiring any scaffolding. For bigger rooms, additional room price will be charged.
***Actual prices may vary depending upon the measurement, condition, type, etc. of the walls and is not solely dependent on the information provided by the customer at the time of booking. Prices include all standard white/ off-white water based paints from reputed suppliers e.g. Jotun, National Paint, etc.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Can surfaces be scraped if needed?
Surfaces that have wallpaper can be scraped to remove the old paper materials of the walls, but this might take a bit to handle. It may not be covered in some processes either.
How high can be wall before painting needs?
A wall can be up to ten feet in height. This is due to the process of painting something much higher often being far too difficult to handle, what with there being a need to get ladders and other extensive materials that might be far too difficult to move around.
