Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Terms") for HomeGenie Plus.These terms are between you and HomeGenie Services DMCC and /or its affiliates ("HomeGenie" or "Us") and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of the www.homegenie.com website and subscription to the Plus membership are all governed by this agreement, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the www.homegenie.com website, all of which are incorporated into these terms and conditions document. Membership Terms

HomeGenie Plus membership is currently being offered for three different term plans only, which are described as under:

  • 3 Months Plus Membership (valid for 3 months from date of activation)
  • 6 Months Plus Membership (valid for 6 months from date of activation); and
  • 12 Months Plus Membership (valid for 12 months from date of activation)

For a 3 Months membership, a customer's plan will be due for renewal after completion of 3 months from date of activation. For e.g. if a customer has activated 3 Months Plus Membership on 5th of January, the membership will come up for renewal on 5th of April.

Once a Plus Membership Plan is bought, it can only be changed or upgraded after the completion of the plan term.

Membership Fees

The membership fee varies by the type and size of the home for which the membership is being bought. Exact fees can be found on the website www.homegenie.com/membership and is based on a few questions

Taxes may apply on either or both of the membership fee and the services booked as part of the membership.

Membership Purchase

The Membership has to be paid via credit/debit card or bank transfer to confirm the purchase. The bank transfer might take 48 hours to get reflect on the customer account.

Before the expiry of the term, the membership should be re-purchased again to continue using your benefits. Currently the re-purchasing has to be done manually as there is no recurring payment method available of configured on the customer account.

Membership Activation

Your membership will be activated only on successful payment of the membership fees made using credit card/ debit card on the www.homegenie.com website or mobile apps. You cannot use a credit or debit card issued outside UAE to pay for any membership fee. You cannot pay for membership fee for Plus using Cash on Delivery (COD), however, we do accept bank transfer supported by official transfer receipts.

We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership in our discretion, if the address is outside our service area or any other reason.

By signing-up for the membership plan,, you confirm that you are a resident of UAE.

Membership Benefits

The membership plan extends to its members a inspection based service at zero call-out or inspection charges, as many times they want and for whatever service they want. Emergency and Friday booking premium charges are charges on these bookings.

The membership plan enables a 15% discount on all services that the member books and gets delivered on the platform. The discount is applicable on the overall bill.

As part of our continued commitment to customer satisfaction, a dedicated HomeGenie support staff is attached to each member ensuring a high-quality customer experience, at a much reasonable price.All bookings, related to repair and installation are eligible for 30 day warranty cover, however, the coverage is only for poor workmanship and faulty parts, discovered after the service has been delivered and paid.

Other discounts, advertised by HomeGenie cannot take advantage of any ongoing promotions or offers.

Membership Cancellation

The membership fee is non-refundable if the membership plan term has expired and the membership has been used at least once, however, in case the membership has been used once and the customer wants to cancel the membership, before the plan term gets expired, the prorated membership fees will be refunded.

Membership Termination

We may terminate your Membership at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we will issue a prorated refund based on the remaining term of your active membership plan, whether 3, 6 or annual. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates our terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the membership, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

Limitations to the Membership Plans

  • You may not transfer or assign your membership or any member benefits, except as allowed in these terms, to anyone else or another address.
  • You may not purchase membership for the purpose of resale, retail, or to gift to your customers or potential customers using Plus benefits.
  • From time to time, we may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove any membership benefits and replace it with another one.

Agreement Changes

We may in our discretion change the Membership terms, www.homegenie.com Terms of Use, Privacy and Pricing Policy or any aspect of membership, without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

Limitation of Liability

IN ADDITION TO OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN WWW.HOMEGENIE.COM'S TERMS OF USE, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PLUS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE LAST MEMBERSHIP FEE YOU PAID. THESE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP PLAN.
