No, all our service partners use chemicals that are environment-friendly and approved by the municipality. However, it is recommended that the home remains unoccupied for 4-5 hours after the general pest control treatment and bed bug control treatment. Q. Is it advisable to be at home during pest control service?

No. Even though most treatments are formulated at low concentration levels and leave no exposed residue, we firmly advise you to stay out of home for a at least 4 hours post the service.

Q. Does the pest control service guarantee elimination of pests?

It does not provide any guarantee as it depends on the pests immunity to the allowed chemicals. However, in most cases they get eliminated. At HomeGenie, we do provide a commitment for 6 months, that if the pest re-appears within that timeframe, we will do another service for free. However, it should be noted that the real effect of the treatment comes within 10-14 days, as the chemicals set in the infested area.

The frequency of the service depends on various factors like level of infestation, season, surrounding moisture and temperature of the apartment or villa, etc. However, we recommend a service every 6 months service to ensure optimal hygiene levels.
