Some of our services are inspection based where our Genie’s will visit your home to take a survey of your floor tiles installation and listen to your requirements about fixing them. If some of the tiles have simply come loose, then we fix tiles without removing them. Based on that, a reasonably priced quotation is provided to install floor tiles. Depending on your schedule and as per your request, we can even give you cost per sq ft to install tile flooring or for the entire project. Q. How long does it take for the tiles to be fixed before I can stand on them?
It usually takes 12 – 24 hours for the tiles to be properly installed post that you can stand on them
Q. What is the easiest floor tile for installing?
Vinyl tiles are the easiest to be installed.
Q. Do I need to cement the floor before tiling?
Yes, it recommended to cement the floor since it strengthens the tiles that are laid on top of it by giving them a strong base
Q. What will happen if I walk on fresh tiles that are installed?
The adhesive, grout and mortar need time to set and cure; if not given proper time, it might cause damage to it. Hence you should not walk over them until 24 hours after installation.
Q. What If I need a different service than what I requested?
Most masonry projects start with an on-site inspection. At that time, you may inform the Genie about your specific requirements. An estimate will be provided based on the updated details and work carried out upon agreement.
