If you book the service through our Emergency facility, your needs will be looked into within two hours of the booking, at an extra charge. If you choose the Same Day facility, we will have our Genie at your home by 6 pm, provided you book between 8 am and 12 pm. The Same Day facility is not charged extra.

Additional charges apply for Emergency and Friday bookings, based on availability and permissions from community/ building, as confirmed by the customer. VAT charges are not included and are based on the total invoice amount.
