Minimum service* charges of AED 0.49 per sqft for energy audit and for furnished location separate charges may apply. AED 0.49 additional may apply for furnished location.

*Minimum service charges are applicable for service at apartments only. Service charges, fixed on the basis of information provided, may vary at the time of actual service due to any special condition or requirement
