This means that when you book a service with us, you provide some information based on which a fixed price is calculated and visible to you. Once the booking is confirmed, our fully trained professionals will reach your home at the requested date and time for the service fully equipped with the tools and material required for your split AC installation. They will consider the placement of the units, both indoor and outdoor, and also confirm the material available with the packaged unit. Care will be given to levels and balance, the connection of wires and piping, and even clean-up of any debris or dust that may have got inside of the unit during installation. Overlooking any of these steps can mean underperformance leading to excessive repairs, or damage to your property in the future.

- Fixing the brackets for the outdoor unit,

Minimum service* charges of AED 349 per unit. AED 349 for additional unit.

*Minimum service charges are applicable for installing 1 split AC unit in either an apartment or villa with standard material included in the AC unit packaging, however, may vary at the time of actual service due to any special condition or requirement.

NOTES

Additional charges apply for Emergency booking, based on availability and permissions from community/ building, as confirmed by the customer. VAT charges are not included and are based on the total invoice amount.
